I have just started working as Digital Marketer at Sponge Cakes Ltd in Holt (yes this is my dream job – marketing and cakes – what could be better right?!) and I am extremely impressed with their range of Gluten Free Sponge Cakes!
I therefore thought I would kill two birds with one stone and do a little blog post on them here and share with you all in-case you don’t know about them – shameless marketing I know….
These cakes aren’t crumbly – can you actually believe it – a non-crumbly Gluten Free Sponge? I wouldn’t have thought it was possible after the awful attempts I have had myself or ones I have bought. They are moist, you can freeze them and you really can’t tell the difference between these and the ones made with wheat-flour.
